The grand entrance hall, adjacent to the lounge bar, makes the ideal reception area for greeting your guests, perfect for enjoying drinks and conversation before your meal.

With a choice of suites to suit all occasions, whether it be for 20 guests or 160 guests, here at Oaklands Hall we can deliver a day that you will never forget.

Our in-house caterers are able to offer a wide range of culinary delights to suit all tastes and budgets. If you have alternative requirements they will only be too delighted to accommodate you.

We have a licence which enables you to hold a Civil Marriage Ceremony any day of the week here at Oaklands Hall. Ceremonies take place in either our Glenwood Suite or our Orangery, depending on your preference.

Convenient location

Oaklands Hall is conveniently situated just off the A57 on the outskirts of Hyde with excellent parking facilities. It is also in walking distance of Godley railway station which has direct links to Manchester Piccadilly.

Established in 1838

Our former stately home began life as a residence for a local businessman.

In October 1924 it was purchased for use as a Masonic Hall and has since undergone extensive renovations including the extension of the Orangery, along with the addition of the elegant Glenwood Suite.
